I was approached by Ballandean Estate Wines with the task of creating a series of new wine labels for their new range of minimal intervention white wines. To achieve this, I began researching current label styles and techniques while liaising with the client to form a concept. The client liked the look of labels that featured an abstract painting so I took the tasting notes from the wines and interpreted them through colour and texture on a canvas. I then retouched them in Photoshop and arranged all of the label information in Canva.
